[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide senior employment program services to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.
- Part-time work-experience opportunities in community service activities for persons with low incomes who are 55 years of age or older, who have poor employment prospects, and have the greatest economic need. Through the community service assignments and other related activities.
- Required Program Activities: -
a. Recruitment and Selection of Participants
b. Intake and Eligibility Determination  
c. Continued Eligibility for Enrollment in the SCSEP  
d. Physical Examinations
e. Orientation
f. Assessment
g. Individual Employment Plan
h. Subsidized Employment/Community Service Assignments
i. Participant Supportive Services
j. Development and Monitoring of Host Agencies (Work Sites)
k. Participant Transportation  
l. Job Development/Referral, etc.
