[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide records conversion services of various paper documents to Tiff/PDF image in black and white/grayscale, colored two-hundred (200) – three-hundred (300) DPI format.
- The services being solicited include:
• converting records into easily retrievable and searchable files;
• digitally rendering records to formats compatible with print-ready and web publishing;
• short-term off-site record and data storage; and
• in-house records shredding/destruction
- The conversion of records from original paper/maps/book, etc., to a digital format: Specific services may include, but are not limited to: the conversion of paper/maps/book, etc., records to digital format for those governmental entities which desire conversion services only, the conversion of paper records to digital format for those governmental entities which currently have an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) in place and desire conversion integration, conversion of one (1) electronic format to another electronic format, and/or paper/document file relocation, etc.
• Document Conversion to portable digital media device
• Convert CD to digital media device
• Convert Blueprints to portable digital media device
• Convert Aperture cards to portable digital media device
• Convert Large documents to portable digital media device
• Color scanning services
• Converting Mainframe Computer Magnetic Tape to portable digital media device – Optical or any other
• Indexing Documents/Files for fast retrieval – via digital/electronic media
• Electronic Records Purge is an electronic method of recording every file purged and entered in the data base
• OCR Scanning
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 6, 2020.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than March 9, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
