[B] Scope of Service:
1) Vendor needs to provide solid waste and recycling disposal services by providing all labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment and supplies required to perform and complete the disposal of refuse; and arrangements with processors required to perform and complete the marketing of recyclables for government authority Lancaster, SC.
(2) Pre-bid meeting will be held on August 31, 2016.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2016.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
