[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud based digital storage asset management system that engages a software-as-a-service cloud computing model.
- Ability to automatically assign metadata keywords or tags to uploaded digital assets based on common features of images
- Ability to unlock or reset password using a combination of security questions and email validation to ensure the identity of the signer.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 19, 2020.
(3) The term of the contract will be five years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
