Government Authority located in South Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for campus portal solution.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a new campus portal solution include detailed descriptions for how their proposed solution meets or exceeds each of the requirements listed below and must also include support of their proposed solution over the life of the contract to include license, maintenance and upgrades.
• Strategy:
- The contractor shall develop a detailed baseline project plan and schedule to submit with their response. The final plan and schedule will be negotiated prior to award. Agency shall approve this baseline plan. Updates to this project plan must be submitted at least twice a month.
• Design:
- The portal solution must be able to be branded to agency branding standards.
- County shall provide content for the portal.
- The portal must be hosted by the awarded vendor.
• Functionality and technical requirements:
- Minimally, the portal must be in compliance with the standards set forth by Section 508 of the Americans with disabilities act.
- The portal must be functional in both a web browser, mobile web browser, and include a native app (IOS and Android) that functions as robustly as the web version.
- Content, applet and interface changes should be completed once, in one place, and pushed to both the web version and native app.
- Provide connection to all College software services
- Portal must provide the ability to search portal content and tools.
- Portal must include the ability to have an unauthenticated version, such as prospective student who hasn’t received authentic credentials.
- Portal must allow agency administrators to make standard portal administrative tasks and changes within the portal without having to write custom code.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 7, 2020
(3) The contract period will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
