[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide biometric time keeping scheduling solution to improve employee access and time management by implementing an automated system,
- Time, attendance and scheduling solution configuration – provide functionality to configure time entry business rules and establish time sheet approval routings,
- Manager services related to time, attendance and scheduling solution – provide supervisors direct access to enter time and request absence (time off) via intranet, internet and telephone
- Workflow and automated notifications – provide system administrators with the ability to define workflows to route time, attendance and scheduling solution transactions for schedule matching, evaluation, and approval or denial by designated managers and staff (electronic signatures), automatically generate user-defined and event-triggered notifications to employees and managers. also, provide push notifications to those users using a mobile device,
- General and Interface Requirements – Support automated system interfaces to time recording devices, such as swipe card systems,
- Show proven interface capabilities with SAP within a state government context,
- Accessibility – provide for world wide web consortium accessibility guidelines 2.0 level aa capabilities to support users of all abilities from a web browser,
- Responsive Design allowing full functionality for end users on any device (ie PC, Web, Phone, Tablet) with using HTML5 compliant browser,
- Modern Cloud platform, providing real-time information access using public APIs,
- Regularly Scheduled, Automatic Updates, allowing the State to take advantage of new features and technologies immediately.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 31,2020.
(3) A contract term will be for four years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
