Government authority located in Beaufort, South Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for capital program management and coordination services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide capital program management and coordination services to the government authority located in Beaufort, SC.
1) Acquiring, installing and constructing safety and security improvements district wide
2) Constructing and equipping a replacement school for Robert Smalls International Academy; demolishing existing facility
3) Constructing and equipping additions at May River High School and River Ridge Academy. These projects are currently designed, permitted and bid. By the time of the Capital Project Coordination Services award, construction of these projects should be well underway.
4) Constructing and equipping renovations at Beaufort Elementary School
5) Constructing and equipping renovations and additions at Battery Creek High School and Hilton Head Island Middle School including demolition where necessary
6) Acquiring, installing and constructing technology infrastructure and related equipment district wide
7) Constructing, renovating, expanding and equipping space for Career and Technology Education programs at Battery Creek High School and May River High School
8) Designing renovations for Hilton Head High School
9) Constructing and equipping athletic improvements at Beaufort Middle School, Whale Branch Middle School, River Ridge Academy, Bluffton Middle School and H. E. McCracken Middle School
10) Constructing and equipping athletic improvements at high schools, district wide
11) Constructing, equipping and improving playgrounds at early childhood centers, elementary schools, and PreK-8 schools district wide
12) Capital construction projects may come from multiple funding sources (referendum bonds and 8% capital bonds). Projects will need to be tracked and managed individually according to funding source.
13) Capital projects included in the referendum are already underway. The schedule for completion of all projects is by 12/2024.
14) Expenditures for these projects shall be on average approximately $85 million per year for 4 years. The annual expenditure range over the 4 years shall be from $60M/year to $110M per year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
