[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide referendum educational consultant services for a planned quality of life referendum to take place in spring 2020 to the government authority located in Hilton Head Island, SC.
- Develop a strategy, process and timetable for completion of the public education project.
- Effectively communicate information and key points regarding the Referendum to the public.
- Conduct public meetings and outreach programs as necessary.
- Meet with and advise town's designated staff and town council (if applicable) as necessary to effectively execute the public education project.
- Have the experience and ability to condense and accurately summarize complex referenda issues and questions.
- Provide support which may include but not be limited to public announcements that can be shared via the town's webpage and local media (radio, newspapers and television).
- Contractor shall act at all times in an attentive, ethical, and responsible manner so as to represent the Town with the utmost concern for its interests, goals and image.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 3, 2019
(3) The contract period will be for five year.
