[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce efficiency study service is to review and analyze the current staffing levels and workload, to deliver a comparative analysis, and to make recommendations regarding the most effective and efficient staffing to meet the performance expectations/results of the school district,
- Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of the district in delivering administrative support services (finance, human resources, facilities/operations, information technology, instructional services, student services, and school staff) to meet the demands and expectations of the school district,
- Identify opportunities to enhance quality, eliminate duplication and streamline processes,
- Identify challenges associated with staffing,
- Propose implementation strategies for the effective and efficient staffing levels and structure recommendations, projections of areas with possible budgetary savings or needs for additional resources, etc. to the government authority located in Beaufort, SC.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 7, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
