[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide planning, approval and administration services to fund public infrastructure improvements including parks, stormwater management and drainage facilities, and transportation improvements to the government authority located in Charleston, SC.
- Assisting with the preparation of proposals and applications to be submitted for approval, including the preparation of documents required by state statutes for the creation of a special assessment district, including but not limited to an improvement plan
- Prepare the special assessment methodology including all of the terms of the special assessments, the special assessment roll, and a report explaining the reasonable basis for the special assessment
- Provide certifications, projections, and reports required either for inclusion in the offering document and or the sale and closing of the debt.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
