[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide career success course and summit services including a career success course with curriculum and a youth leadership summit and expo on a state-wide basis to the government authority located in West Columbia, SC.
• Vendor shall include the following material at a minimum in each course
- Teambuilding Skills
- Challenges vs. Excuses
- Soft Skills Training
- Career Exploration and Workplace Readiness
- Basics of Developing a Resume
- Interviewing Skills
- Motivation
• The Summit and Expo shall include the following at a minimum
- Leadership Empowerment
- Soft Skills Development
- Career Exploration
- College Preparation
- Motivational Speakers
- Workshops
- Networking Opportunities
- Teambuilding Skills
- Mentoring Activities
- Character Development
- Health and Wellness Education
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than 24, 2019.
(3) The contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
