Vendor needs to provide interpretation and translation services
- Telephonic interpretation, document translation, video interpretation (American sign language)
- conduct an average of 25 telephone contacts for an average of 230 minutes with clients per month, many member organizations operate 24/7 emergency hotlines, and must be able to communicate with a large variety of target languages at all hours,
- Including a strong desire to increase capabilities for effectively communicating with and caring for limited English proficient victims of sexual and intimate partner violence, vendor must be trauma-informed, aware of the sensitive nature of our work, and provide a wide range of languages, including rare, indigenous dialects,
- Telephonic interpretation services Languages include Cebuano, Filipino, Mandarin, Spanish, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Arabic, Cantonese,
- Document translation in the target languages of Spanish, Vietnamese, Russian, and Arabic.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
