[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
1) Vendor needs to provide coastal engineering consulting services including design development and permitting for the planned 2024/25 beach fill project and other related initiatives as determined necessary by the town to the government authority located in Hilton Head Island, SC.
• Semi-annual survey, commencing in the fall of 2020 to document existing beach conditions (pre-construction);
• Sand search
• A review of project scope, timing and construction window options;
• Preliminary project design preparation and cost estimates;
• Public meeting presentations and regulatory and resource agency permitting;
• Development of final plans and specifications for bid procurement and construction;
• Construction support services;
• Other services deemed necessary.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 1, 2019.
