[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide campus event ticketing and donor management solution.
- To implement a campus-wide event and ticketing solution with supporting donor management functionality to benefit campus staff, while minimizing IT and procurement support
- To improve the event attendee interest and experience from the initial marketing outreach, through registration and purchasing, to the participation in the event
- Increase donor gift revenues through more effective use of donor management software features, in conjunction with event management activities
- The integration of this software with current campus systems will promote the improved sharing of data and enhanced reporting and analytics
- Event and Loyalty Program Marketing:
- The system shall allow a user to establish marketing campaigns to trigger interest in events and plans season, package, membership among ticket or donor customers and prospects
- The system shall allow a user to customize an already created marketing campaign for reuse
- The system shall allow a user to advertise event or plan details via various communication methods to the general public prospects or targeted to certain customer types students, faculty, staff; and interests and preferences
- The system shall allow a user to auto-generate event or plan advertisements and reminders via various communication methods to various types of customers or prospects on an ad hoc or scheduled basis Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 8, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 9, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
