[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide turnkey, fully integrated and web-based faculty activities and electronic student learning ePortfolio solution.
- Solution must provide electronic solution that allows faculty to submit activities associated with teaching, service and research for review, facilitates and manages faculty performance evaluations, faculty promotion and tenure reports by collecting data involving teaching, scholarship, research and service activities, authorizes faculty performance review and allows submission of promotion and tenure files for review by various constituents at the university. must support integration of evaluation, promotion and tenure documentation, capability to produce annual activity reports including promotion and tenure documents as well as department, college and university-level reports, electronic student learning solution that allows students to design and maintain a digital collection of knowledge, experience and achievements for academic and professional advancement, the ability for students to collect, archive and share their work, demonstrates student competencies to future employers through a record of accomplishments and learning, a dashboard that provides an overview to monitor completion of faculty evaluations, progress of promotion and tenure, and student workflow progress, the capability for unlimited data storage of student assignments, artefacts, faculty performance evaluation, promotion and tenure activities, must support a customizable system to reflect the university’s brand, must provide the inclusion of an easy to use interface, must have capability to assign multiple levels of user access, support the ability to export into Microsoft® word, excel formats as well as PDF format
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 07, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
