[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide classification and compensation study services to analysis will assist in establishing competitive compensation for administrators and support employees, comprehensive analysis of job descriptions, classifications and salary schedules for school district, consultant shall be responsible for all activities required to ensure a successful project that meets the needs of the District to the government authority located Rock Hill, SC.
- Consultant shall Conduct work in an ethical, efficient, and expedient fashion, assess, plan, and execute an accurate and realistic project plan, establish and assign tasks, responsibilities, and expected deliverables to meet the district requirements, maintain open communication with district staff and provide oral and/or written periodic updates as established in project plan.
- Consultant shall complete a competitive market analysis of salaries, and provide a report that demonstrates the methodology used to conduct the study; demonstrate the results of market analysis and compare it to current salaries; include recommendations for changes in compensation philosophy and pay structures that allow the district to remain competitive within the current, local market tested; and provide recommendations to adapt pay structures to keep pace with the evolving needs of the district.  conduct a complete diagnostic review of current practices related to compensation and classification to identify areas of concern.
- Job Classification System to include conduct a complete diagnostic review of current classification practices to identify areas of concern, evaluate jobs and recommend a job classification structure, appropriately classify each position according to FLSA requirements and guidelines, prepare a draft job classification system and provide it for review and comment.  
(2) A non‐mandatory pre‐ proposal meeting will be held on October 7, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 9, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
