Government authority located in Columbia, South Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for FBI QAS audit service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide FBI QAS audit service to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.
• Must be recognized by the FBI to perform QAS audits
• Must be recognized by NIJ as a provider
• Must provide audit results to the SLED laboratory within 30 days of completion of the audit
• All lodging and Per Diem rates charged cannot exceed GSA rates for the Columbia, SC area
• Must provide an adequate number of auditors to complete audit of both the Casework and Database departments within no more than 3-4 days
• Must be able to provide audit between the approximate dates of October 1, 2019 and October 31, 2019.
• Auditor access to sensitive data is necessary for performance of this audit; therefore, our agency requires that all auditors complete a background check prior to the audit. This process will include the following:
O Submission of a fingerprint card
O Signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement
O Submission of a copy of the individual’s Driver’s License
O Completion of a Security Awareness training on line
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 17, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
