Government authority located in Walterboro, South Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for mobile digital surveillance camera systems.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide installation of color, multi-camera digital video recording equipment (Cameras and Digital recorder) for up to 64 state-owned buses and 8 district-owned buses. Buses range in size from 14 to 78 passengers to the government authority located in Walterboro, SC.
- System must provide clear digital picture and audio in a school bus environment including low and no light conditions, cold, heat and vibration.
- The camera shall have minimum of a 0-lux light sensitivity with infrared illumination turned on for a black and white image, to enable viewing of objects and people in complete darkness. Cameras and recorders must operate in temperatures from 0°F to 120°F.
- Digital recorder must be capable of recording at a minimum of 1080p @ 15 FPS per channel on all channels of video simultaneously in the primary stream.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 25, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
