[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide oracle software and maintenance services. Oracle Premier Support provides access to product updates and enhancements, as well as technical assistance and support resources to help maintain products, optimize performance, and effectively implement new software functionality.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 10, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2019.
(4) contract period will be for five years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
