[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide staffing services of direct support professionals (aka human services assistants) agency wide to centers to include midlands center, pee dee center, coastal center and whiten center, pee dee center operates sale by center so staffing may also be assigned to sale by to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.
- Assists with the routine care and training of persons (clients) residing at DDSN Centers,
- Assists in performing necessary resident care, including feeding, bathing, dressing, toileting and personal hygiene, Performs simple housekeeping duties. Counsels clients on day-to-day reality-oriented problems etc.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 4,2019.
(3) A contract term will be for two years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
