Government Authority located in South Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for customer queuing management software system.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide customer queuing management software system for the customer care division to reduce the response time and assist residents awaiting customer care services, the automated management system must allow customers to check in for city services, appointments and provide remote check in from a mobile device as well as text alert updates,
- Information for all city services,
- Schedule appointments,
- Accept payments made in person,
- Generate a number or lettered ticket,
- Refer the customer to the appropriate window or location to be serviced, through on-screen displays and by automated voice prompts,
- Provides city staff with online status of pending visits,
- Monitor and provide reporting functions on wait times and queue performance statistics for the customer care lobby waiting area,
- Alert staff when a customer is waiting for service,
- Provide training upon initial implementation and subsequent training on
a. Regular usage of the system,
b. Support,
c. Maintenance and support of the associated hardware,
d. Reporting capabilities,
e. Management capabilities,
f. On-site End user training.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be held on August 30,2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 3,2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
