[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide audio, lighting and video equipment supplies for auditorium and band multi-purpose room in high school to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.
- Must supply and install all new equipment and lighting and ensure that all components will integrate with existing systems,
- Remove old audio, lighting, and video equipment, existing wiring will be reused,
- All old or existing equipment not mentioned above must be removed and discarded,
- Only new equipment being added vs being replaced are the two screens and projectors, new wiring will need to be added for these new pieces of equipment only.
(2) A mandatory conference will be held on September 4,2019.
