[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide multi-use path feasibility and design study to the government authority located in Mount Pleasant, SC.
- Plan and develop a comprehensive multi-use path network that provides separated and dedicated infrastructure for non-motorized methods of travel for both recreation and commuting throughout the town limits
- Design a safe facility that is inclusive to users of all ages and abilities
- Develop a facility that provides interconnectivity between desirable locations and attractions, such as neighbourhoods, schools, parks, retail and office centres, and historical, natural, and cultural sites, as well as existing path connections to adjacent neighbourhoods and municipalities
- Use appropriate strategies and ranking criteria to identify actionable projects that are prioritized based on metrics such as cost, connectivity to existing facilities, proximity to schools and transit, etc. and implement the projects in a phased manner as funding becomes available
- Develop educational materials for users, outlining the intended use of these facilities, safety requirements, restricted uses, etc.
- This will include a map of the facility with distances and destinations for as parks, town facilities, schools, and other relevant sites

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
