Government Authority located in South Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for inbound and outbound call center services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 inbound and outbound call center services for inbound, outbound calls, voicemail, texting, web chat interactions and other telephone applications.
(2) Approximate call volume will be 50,000 calls per month.
(3) All questions must be submitted in writing via email no later than on July 16, 2016.
(4) Contract period shall be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
