[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide talent management system that including applicant tracking, onboarding, position management and performance management functionality and all related configuration, implementation, integration, testing, and on-going software maintenance and technical support services,
- Solution functionality must include applicant tracking, onboarding, position management, and performance evaluation and management modules,
- Solution must be customized to align with SCSU business needs (e.g. reporting, process flow, manual data entry),
- Solution must have customizable position/role-based security features, use rights, and access rights,
- Must present evidence to show that the solution modules will interface effectively with Version 8 and 9 of Ellucian’s Banner HR solution,
- All data transmitted in the system by applicants, employees, hiring managers, and HR staff must be secure and Browser-based platform, etc.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 21, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 22, 2019.
(4) A contract term will be for five years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
