[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide worker compensation medical services to the government authority located in Charleston, SC.
- Regular non-dot drug testing (approximately 100 annually)
- Regular non-dot alcohol testing (approximately 100 annually)
- On-the-job injuries - accidents (workers’ compensation) (approximately 250 annually)
- Fitness for duty examinations (approximately 20 annually)
- Hepatitis B vaccination and post-exposure evaluations and follow-up (approximately 100 annually)
- Occupational noise exposure
- Referral to the city’s employee assistance program (EAP) provider (approximately 10 annually)
- Representation in court and legal proceedings (approximately 5 annually)
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2019.
(3) Contract term will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
