(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology services for the town overarching computer network and all computer workstations, non-public safety software programs, printers, faxes, copiers, telephones, non-public safety cell phones, and audio-visual equipment to the government authority located in Hilton Head Island, SC.

- Perform a comprehensive review of all existing IT-related operations and assist the development of a comprehensive strategy to improve the management of the town technology resources
- Perform a detailed analysis and provide recommendations for improvements including organization and staffing, staff assignments, process and technology work flows, customer service and training, and performance measurements.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 6, 2019.
