[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources advisory services to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.
- Evaluating and providing advice concerning employee compensation and benefits, including conducting compensation surveys,
- Providing general employment information and guidance,
- Complete HR Compliance Review (review/update Employee Handbook),
- Advising on employee relations matters,
- All other services usually necessary and required of HR Consultant(s), whether specifically outlined in the scope of services or not.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
