[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide design and electrical consulting services to the government authority located in Hanahan, SC.
- Project Design: -
 - Conduct site visit and document existing power distribution
- Create electrical demolition plan as needed
- Develop electrical site plans for facility in AutoCAD format
- Create schedules, notes and details as necessary
- Create project specifications
- Construction Administration: -
- Shop Drawing review
- Contract administration and assistance with electrical issues
- Creation of supplemental instructions or change directive sketches for changes in scope initiated after completion of 100% contract documents
- Final occupancy site visit and final observation report
 - Project Closeout: -
- Review Operations and Maintenance manuals provided
- Translation of contractors marked up as built engineering documents to AutoCAD and pdf formats
- Provide printed and electronic as built contract documents to the owner
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 24, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
