Government Authority Located in Austin, Texas; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for enterprise resource planning system.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning system for comprehensive, sustainable, upgradeable, secure and integrated Human Resources solution to capture, organize and analyze Human Resources data while attracting new employees and developing, engaging, retaining and managing MUSC’s current workforce to the government authority located in Austin, TX.
The Human Resources solution should:
- Enable users at various levels (Human Resources, managers, employees, etc.) to work collaboratively and view up-to date information.  
- Allow business processes at MUSC (e.g., recruiting, talent acquisition and management, career management, benefit administration, etc.) to be standardized or processed through automated workflow, routing and approval systems (within a module and across modules within the system).  
- Provide self-service functions for employees and managers to maintain and view personal information and team/data information including qualifications, educational background, employment history, etc.
- Provide valuable, accurate and timely Human Resources reporting and data through intuitive and user-friendly tools.
- The Human Resources (HR) functionality to manage staff, faculty, and instructor personnel information, position and organization management; and provide self-service capabilities
- Position Management – the ability to administer a collection of related tasks and responsibilities that are grouped together for the purpose of accomplishing work within an organization. Position Management also stores all of the characteristics of the position within the employee record.
- Personnel Actions – the ability to document and record all of the personnel actions attributed to the employee, including, but not limited to, hire, dismiss, layoff, promote, demote, etc.
- Organization Management – the ability to manage organizational redesign as MUSC restructures its departments.
- Self-Service – providing employees and managers the ability to manage assigned data elements and transactions based on role-based security.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on July 18, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 25, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
