[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise resource planning system
- Implementation and Deployment Services:
- ERP System implementation and deployment services should include, at a minimum, the following tasks:
- Project management, business process analysis, organization change management, configuration, workflow development, reporting analytics, interfaces and customizations, testing, training, data migration,
- Provide post-production support to enhance and maintain the ERP system, all support services will be delivered following the standard information technology infrastructure library delivery model, or like methodology, support services should include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Database Administration, Application Administration, Help Desk,
- Software as a service: facilities, server and operating system, disaster recovery, network, storage, environment management.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on July 18, 2019.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 25, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
