[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide utility bill printing, mailing and e-billing and interactive voice response payment options services for print, mail, and email utility water bills and return envelopes to City customers, as well as providing the ability to pay these bills by Interactive Voice Response,
online through credit/debit card monthly draft and through a smartphone application to the government authority located in Florence, SC.
- capable of providing all services requested with no subcontracting of any portions of the project, including pre-sorting, artwork, programming and electronic presentation of bills
- able to accommodate the use of graphics, bar graphs and colour where feasible
- view and approve sample bills online before the bills are printed and mailed
- ability to automatically draft the payment from a debit or credit card monthly and/or a smartphone application to the City customers
- successfully implement, maintain and monitor these E-Bill options.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 20, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
