[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide crisis management application that allows authorized user access, through mobile and portable devices to District information needed during an emergency on any internet-enabling devices, Apple and Microsoft, which is especially formatted for mobile devices (phones and tablets, laptops, desktop PCs).
- Application shall support one-click launch of phone numbers and websites.
- Application shall support one-click launch to protected access information to district procedures, instructions, diagrams and information. Application will provide one-click launch to district information, instructions and checklists for specific emergency situation standard procedures,
such as fire, tornado, intruder, reunification, etc.
- Application shall support and have the ability to send push notifications.
- The application shall allow sending alerts to customized target groups and multiple select users according to situational needs. The application shall allow for updates and notes detailing developing conditions in these situations.
- The application shall support and have capability for incident reporting, including anonymous reporting.
- The application shall support tracking of emergency drills conducted at each school such as fire drills, tornado and earthquake drills, lockout and lockdown drills. Application shall provide support and have capability of reporting of drills and live emergencies by building or district.
- The application shall be an icon-driven application designed for easy use and guidance during emergency and crisis situations.
- The application shall support offline access to content, images, diagrams and other information with access privileges to be assigned by the district.
- Application shall support the ability to require personal identification number (PIN) access for additional security of sensitive district information.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 13, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
