[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide delinquent tax notice posting services for posting services to hand levy approximately 2500 delinquent real property and mobile homes, must physically post notices on properties that are delinquent in paying taxes as identified, must employ adequate number of field agents to post the property efficiently and in a timely manner, must generate a field report to show proof of posting via picture and GPS data, must prepare a field report on each parcel giving accurate and reliable document support for tax sale litigation, postings must contain a written description of the location on poster front and a color aerial overview of the subject property on the back of the posting to the government authority located in Beaufort, SC.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
