(1) Vendor needs to provide dining financial operations consultant services to assess and create a business case to present the University an option to consider to self-perform, conduct a competitive solicitation for the next dining service contract, creating the opportunity to revisit the merits and challenges involved with self-performing or outsourcing this function to the government authority located in Clemson, SC.
