Government Authority located in South Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for mobile device protection plan.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile device protection plan that will cover the repair price, if the device is protected by the cover and or screen to the government authority located in South Carolina.
- Cellular device protection plan, tablet device protection plan, laptop device protection plan, Chromebooks device protection plan, MacBook’s device protection plan must include: protective cases and screens for all devices, multi – year insurance coverage for both the device and the protection case, zero deductible if possible to ensure cost savings, multiple claims per device should be allowable, local pickup and delivery service for efficient repair and replacement where possible etc.
(2) A pre-proposal conference had been held on May 20, 2019.
(3) All the questions had been submitted no later than May 20, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
