[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide turn-key radio frequency identification system supply, installation, and training of a system which will work in conjunction with the library’s integrated library system.
- Significant productivity gains through reduction in labour-intensive workflow processes,
- Enhanced customer experience,
- High levels of customer service,
-Improved inventory and shelving accuracy,
- Library desires to acquire the following system components:
- Compliant tags for all circulating non-digital library material, staff workstations, mobile devices for inventory, shelf-reading, and locating material, self-checkout machines for patron use,
- To implement radio frequency identification system enabled security gates or automated material handling,
- Integration with the Library’s integrated library system and virtual machines that streamlines staff and patron workflows,
- Shelf reading and inventory tools which are easy to use and make it a viable option to inventory to the entire collection,
- Easily maneuverable mobile tagging stations,
- Self-checkout machines for patron usage.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 5, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
