[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Preventative Health Care Services including Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, and Strength and Conditioning services. The project scope includes but is not limited to the prevention of disability and pain experienced as a result of aircraft operations through a program specifically designed to train and prepare aircrew. This program will target specific neck and back strength and conditioning training as well as health education designed to bring aircrew to peak fitness for the 169th Fighter Wing to the government authority located in Eastover, SC.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 31, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
