[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide safety and security film to the government authority located in Rock Hill, SC.
- Film must have an ASTM D1004‐13 minimum average tear resistance force, pounds of: Machine direction 45.9 lbf, Transverse direction 48.0 lbf.
- Film must have an ASTM D4830, minimum puncture strength of 212 pounds force,
- Film must have an ASTM D882‐12 minimum average break strength force, pounds of: Machine direction 268 lbf, Transverse direction 297 lbf.
- Film must have a minimum film thickness without protective release liner of no less than 0.0130 inches,
- Install with no gaps or overlaps, if seamed, make seams non‐overlapping, do not remove release liner from film until just before each piece of film is cut and ready for installation, custom cut to the glass with neat, square corners and edges to within 1/8‐inch of the window frame, remove air bubbles, blisters, and other defects.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 23, 2019.
