Government Authority Located in South Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for real-time remote captioning, remote text, and related transcription services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide real-time remote captioning, remote text interpreting, live and streaming closed captioning and related transcriptions as needed of those services referred to as computer-aided transcription (CART) services.
- Provide qualified captionists,
- Provide CART services in various settings, including, but not necessarily limited to, classrooms (classroom learning and meetings), business settings (teleconference calls, staff meetings, training sessions), conventions (workshops and plenaries), broadcast television, and webcasts,
- Compatible with iCAP,
- Provide services for curricular and co-curricular activities, and side wide events such as graduations, lectures, etc,
- Provide accurate and readable transcripts of digitally recorded class lectures,
- Ensure that each invoice for services is clearly itemized to reflect, as a minimum, contract rates, date and time of services, contact requesting services.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 22, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
