[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide career network program services for web‐based contact management shall be capable of tracking interactions between CASA/Career development and students, alumni, faculty, staff and employers, capability for students, employers, faculty and administrators to enter
job/career/graduate school placement information, appointment‐scheduling function for career advising and career events, ability for documents to be uploaded by students, alumni, university staff, or employers, employers must be capable of posting job, internship, co‐op and similar experiential opportunities, ability to track interview attendance via student id card swipe or other electronic methods is preferred, capability of uploading, saving, and updating an unlimited number of resumes and other documents, ability to define custom fields and related reports to track student hourly rate of pay, number of weeks employed, hours per week worked, etc. pertaining to any and all jobs is preferred, mobile application for student use of system is preferred, capability of creating custom report templates, ability to run reports detailing interactions between constituents, automated mass communications function via email to students, alumni, university staff, and employers, allow for customized email notifications, templates, and marketing support and administrator dashboard with access to student profiles and resumes, career events, employer database and job/internship listings to the government authority located in Florence, SC.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 23, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be three years.
