Government Authority Located in South Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for information technology management and services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology management and services including but are not limited to the following and will be conducted under the direction, prioritization and approval of the Children’s Trust leadership and staff,
- IT management and troubleshooting for internal and remote staff,
- IT management and troubleshooting for cloud sharing services to include Office 365 and related products,
- IT management and troubleshooting for internet and phone services,
- IT management and troubleshooting for malware and spam protection,
- IT management and troubleshooting for website and domains to include renewals,
- Third party vendor maintenance plan renewals,
- Provide training to staff on use of various software, equipment, IT risks and security,
- Provide one designated staff member to work with selected vendor to ensure the implementation is completed according to the agreed upon timeline,
- Ensure all IT related equipment and services are properly transferred to the government authority located in South Carolina.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 14, 2019.
