[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide design build construction services to the government authority located in Beaufort, SC.
- Contract will be the cost associated with developing the repair program engineering, inspections, plans and specifications, part two of the contract will be the adjusted pricing not to exceed the guaranteed maximum for performing the repairs,
- Prior to proposal you may perform a thorough inspection on the ramp and identify any
and all repairs necessary to rehabilitate the facility,
- Contractor is responsible for obtaining any and all permits necessary,
- Provide an engineer’s estimate based on repairs performed of the lifespan,
- Design Build Team may use a portion of the parking space as a lay down area, boundaries
need to approved prior to use.
(2) A pre- bid conference will be held on April 25, 2019.
