[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide information technology strategic plan development services to conduct a thorough analysis of the existing IT environment; infrastructure, services, staffing, applications, and business systems, performance of key internal and external factors; strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threat, design and execution of a strategic visioning and comprehensive planning process, development of an actionable information technology five-year strategic plan and goals, including projected budget and staffing for implementation and associated governance strategies.
- Conduct project planning meetings with town’s project personnel coordinating this study, meetings should be held as needed to review progress, discuss current findings and issues, update the project plan and timetable, and review next steps in the project. monthly meetings of the project team during development are anticipated, identify emerging technology needs and major trends facing the town and make general recommendations regarding the potential benefits of new or emerging technologies, review, assess and recommend IT governance strategies including the review of current policies, gaps and recommendations on new policies, identify existing and available regional partnerships and collaboration strategies relevant to the town, identify practical and relevant private and public sector industry standards such as disaster recovery practices and mobility.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
