[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency medical billing and collections services for commence billing the patient care reports with the start-up date established, medical necessity documentation, signature forms, hospital face sheets, and any other pertinent documentation relating to billing and collections component, method of filing primary Medicare and Medicaid claims, pre-screen all claims to confirm compliance with payors guidelines, resources and commercial databases to find missing insurance prior to the submission of any patient claim for reimbursement, process all patient refunds, including writing and sending the refund checks, claims shall be divided into multiple revenue categories including Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Insurance and Private Pay.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on April 15, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 26, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
