[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital lecture capture and media management solution to support academic, administrative and public service organizational units in the recording, storage, cataloguing and deliver of digital content for the university.
- Media Management solution has flexible media management capabilities allowing permission-based independent video libraries using a variety of media file formats, media management
should include lecture capture through cloud-hosed and/or desktop video management software, mobile application integration for viewing and recording, ability to add/customize file formats and attachments, audio/video content management, content copy, scheduling, sharing and transfer, custom transcoding profiles, downloadable video content IIS, Image asset management, JPG, GIF, PNG, PSD, SVG and TIFF, manage/define content types, MP4, MPEG-4, windows media, quick time, real, flash video, and MP3, robust meta-data descriptions, searchable media meta-data, Searchable video annotations, SWF, PPT, DOC, XLS, PDF, ZIP, robust video editing and trimming functionality, assessment capabilities with blackboard grade center integration and student engagement features.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 12, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
