[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide benefits administration system.
- Provide an online centralized eligibility and enrollment system and database to support open enrollment, new hire enrollment, life event changes, terminations, notifications, documentation, and transfers as well as employee communications and decision support tools.
- Eligibility data interfaces to carriers and other 3rd party service providers, including ownership of carrier discrepancy reports.
- Demographic updates (i.e., new hires, terms, dependents and address changes) from the HRIS system to the enrollment system.
- Payroll deductions, billing, enrollment, and changes from the enrollment system to the payroll system.
- HSA, HRA, and FSA billing and financial reporting.
- Direct billing services for employees on leave of absence and retirees
- Electronic fulfilment
- Manage age-based events
- Qualified medical child support order administration
- Single sign-on and web services to the life insurance carrier for completion of life insurance evidence of insurability.
- COBRA administration
- HSA, HRA or FSA account administration with debit card
- Healthcare reform administration
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 8, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
