Government Authority located in South Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendors for media captioning services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide media captioning services for post-production 11 captioning of audio and video media. This includes media stored in our Media 12 Server, Ensemble. This should also include media that has been linked to online 13 courses in Clemson’s Learning Management system of which University and the instructor are not the owner Examples of this might include links 15 to news media, YouTube, Vimeo, and other online cloud video services. This service will be used to ensure that the video and audio content developed by Online and included in online or hybrid courses are compliance with accessibility laws. This service will also be occasionally used on the behalf of other employees and departments to make their media 155 compliant. In such cases, the employees and departments are expected to 156 reimburse Online.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 1, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
