[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide instructional technology audit services to evaluate the district’s technology plan, professional development, support, staffing and alignment to national international society for technology in education standards for technology to the government authority located in Beaufort, SC.
- Review evidence they have approached each objective in the technology plan to assess for compliance and thoroughness.
- Review data on the objectives in the current plan e.g., student achievement, teacher surveys, student surveys, etc.
- Review mobile device manual to make commendation and recommendations.
- Review organizational structure and time spent on technology initiatives.
- Conduct on-site school visits to observe classrooms where technology has been integrated and conduct interviews, focus groups with school leadership, teachers, students, community members.
- Develop and collect information on how a representative sample of schools have implemented the technology plan.
- Evaluate the district’s teacher technology proficiency evaluation for effectiveness.
- Conduct interviews, focus groups with relevant staff on the use and effectiveness of technology within the district.
- Review the district’s virtual learning manual to provide commendations and recommendations for improvement.
- Create a thorough evaluation in writing documenting commendations and recommendations as it aligns to the national standards for technology.
- Conduct a debrief with instructional services and finance department upon final evaluation.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis of the district’s technology program.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 8, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
