[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide contracted speech therapy and nursing services for various sites to the government authority located in Roebuck, SC.
• Providing qualified speech, language pathologist, occupational therapist, physical therapist, and registered nurse for evaluation purposes, direct and consultant services, as ordered by the district
• Attending staffing, individual education plan and 504 meetings, multidisciplinary team meetings and other district related meetings as needed
• Participating with the district and parents in eligibility staffing and individual education plan meetings
• In compliance with the family educational rights and privacy acts, contractor understands the confidentiality of student records and the importance of protecting the privacy of the students and their families. acknowledgement of responsibility to respect the confidentiality of student and department records, and comply with the school district’s policies and procedures.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 27, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
